International NGO Charity, “The Seeing Heart” Minsk, Belarus was created in 12 May, 2006 with the aim of assistant, aid and support people with different needs, mainly visually impaired people.

Today we deal with both: children, young people and adults with disabilities (mainly visual impairment) their parents, relatives, friends, close surroundings and with youngsters and children without any disabilities as well.

Our aims are: social and charitable support and encouragement of people with visual impairment and social inclusion in European Community. With the help of our volunteers (local and international) we do our best to develop the tradition of charity and mercy in the Republic of Belarus. All our primary activities are aimed on social adaptation of the children and youngsters with visually impaired and without any to new independent living conditions.

Our activities
